Engineering Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join our team at Ruskington. Reporting to the Site Director, you will oversee the engineering, site maintenance teams, and external contractors. Your key responsibilities will include managing the maintenance of our site, services, and facilities, ensuring that costs are effectively controlled, and budget targets are met.

Key tasks & responsibilities: Develop, implement, maintain and regularly review a strategic development programme of the site infrastructure, process and production capability, developing capital investment plans as required.
Deliver capital investment improvements through the projects team to agreed timescales.
Effectively manage all site and legislative requirements for equipment, pressure systems, lifting equipment, etc.
Provide detailed reports on asset performance and condition and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Ensure financial controls and departmental systems and processes are followed and meet all internal / external audit requirements.
Plan activities and resources to ensure that work is completed on time, cost and quality. Take a broad view of resource planning and build effective contingency plans.
Effectively communicate information and provide both written and verbal reports to peer group and senior team.
