Location: Preston/ Hull – Hybrid working available (around 2 days on-site per week)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

You will lead engineering teams working across the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through to delivery and in-service support. Your expertise will help transform engineering approaches, ensuring they remain at the forefront of innovation in a highly regulated and competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and management of engineering teams delivering complex solutions.
Drive best practices across various engineering disciplines, including Bid Management, System Architecture, System Design, Test & Evaluation, Configuration Control, Requirements Management, and Product Qualification & Certification .
Oversee engineering delivery on high-profile projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
