Engineering Project Manager We are seeking a highly accomplished Engineering Project Manager with a strong background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to lead complex baggage handling system integrations. Your expertise will drive the success of both brownfield and greenfield projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, anticipating and mitigating technical challenges throughout all phases, from design to commissioning.Technical Expertise: Leverage your engineering knowledge to understand intricate requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate effectively with engineers and software managers.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, communicating clearly and confidently using your technical acumen to establish trust and credibility.Solution-Oriented: Identify and address project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies based on your deep understanding of intralogistics systems.Continuous Improvement: Contribute your engineering insights to refine project management processes, develop best practices for system integration, and maintain the company's competitive edge.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 5+ years of proven project management success in intralogistics or baggage handling projects, including brownfield and greenfield experience.Skills: In-depth knowledge of Systems integration or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering principles, excellent project planning and leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in relevant project management tools.NEC3/4 projects.
