Service / Engineering Coordinator

Due to additional customer demand, a manufacturer of specialist equipment based in Witney require a Service/Engineering Coordinator.

The company have an experienced team covering the UK and a customer base throughout the UK, Europe and Africa.

You will be part of a small but skilled team, who focus on product quality and quality of service to their customers.

You will be responsible for the provision and delivery of equipment to customer sites, plus the coordination and supply of skilled service and commissioning engineers.

Duties also include the booking of customer and supplier visits, providing quotations to customers and prospective customers, assessing and collating reports, along with elements of materials, stock control and purchasing.

Good communication skills are key, along with an engineering or technical aptitude.

Previous materials control, parts experience or customer service experience is highly desirable.

Hands-on technicians or engineers with a desire to move into a more administrative or organisational role, would also be suitable for this position.

A Driver's License is required for occasional assistance with the delivery of parts or components.

This position is both varied and interesting and will provide someone with a great opportunity to develop a broad range of skills, in an engineering/technical environment.
