Job Description Job Title: Engineering Stock Coordinator
Reporting to: Engineering Shift Managers

Salary - £30,000.00
Shifts –M to F, 8hrs per day
Overtime – any overtime is additional to salary
Holidays – 28 days per year

Principle Objectives:

To ensure accurate management of spare parts inventory, facilitate timely processing of maintenance part requests, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain smooth operations in support of food production standards and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage spare parts stockholding and reordering using the integrated stock management system, ensuring availability of critical spares to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to support operational efficiency within the engineering maintenance team.
Update and manage equipment records, technical manuals, and related documentation to comply with food industry standards.
Administer and maintain the CMS (Computerized Maintenance System) to ensure traceability of maintenance activities and part usage.
