Engineering Supervisor

My client is looking for Technical Supervisor, to manage the delivery of all mechanical, electrical and associated maintenance services across the client site (Automotive  sector)

 Successful applicants  will have strong technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems, and Project experience would also be desirable but not essential.
Duties

• Manage customer escalations and communicate effectively


• Promote QHSE best practice and consistency within the team


• Assist Engineers and planning team, providing support, advice and guidance to ensure best use of time and resource.


• Route cause analysis of day to day issue for continuous improvement of processes and data.


• Investigate and provide resolutions to issues that impact first time fix, double job handling and unnecessary sub-contracting.

Requirements

• Proven FM competence and experience


• Experience of working in a technical FM environment


• Must have experience within the FM sector in a supervisory and/or customer facing role
