We're recruiting for a�Engineering Supervisor�to work for one of the biggest and most recognizable FM companies in the UK working on one of their largest contracts for a well known Media & Communications company looking after a portfolio of 100+ buildings. In this role you will be based at one of their HQ buildings in Central London where you will manage a team of 15 engineers across multiple disciplines. This role offers flexible working from home options if/when required.

Job Responsibilities for an Engineering Supervisor:




  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

  • Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

  • Monitor building performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability

  • Supervise a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.

  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to enhance skill sets and ensure competency.

  • Allocate workloads and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing for operations and emergencies.

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including OSHA or local equivalent.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate hazards.

  • Maintain documentation of safety protocols and incident reports.
