Engineering Team Lead

Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a Engineering Team Lead to join a our large engineering client based on their customers site in Whittlesey. This position is on a permanent basis.

This Engineering Team Lead position is an embedded role on-site at our client's customers premises in an FMCG environment leading reliability activities in and around the factory. You will be tasked with delivering tailored reliability contract solution and services, adding value to our client's customer.

Role Responsibilities:

• Day to day management and leadership of the on-site reliability services and team.
• Continually improve defined lubrication and condition monitoring routes.
• Manage and drive IOT notifications from Smart Asset Management database.
• Reporting asset defects to the client and entering notifications on the client's ERP system.
• Demonstrating and promoting Health and Safety in the workplace - felt leadership.
• Maintain excellent service levels
• Plan's activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changes in circumstances
• Develop and deliver continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

• High standard of management capabilities to oversee the team on site in a challenging environment
• Good team working and motivation skills
• Able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment easily adapting to change
• High standard of report writing with the ability of altering to suit the client's or business' requirements
• Able to Innovate using new technologies and methodologies
