Salary: £52,000

Location: Sandhurst, Surrey

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Team Leader with either an electrical or mechanical bias to work in a fast-paced manufacturing site. The Engineering Team Leader will be responsible for a team of engineers on site and also all site breakdowns and will join the existing team of maintenance engineers in fulfilling the planned maintenance program. The Engineering Team Leader will be in charge of all continuous improvement projects in the factory and must have strong electrical and mechancial knowledge and be able to work on 3phase motors, control panels, hydraulics and pneumatics. Our client is well established, has sites all over the UK and looks after their employees.

Skills required for the Engineering Team Leader:

• Multi Skilled Engineering Background
• Leadership/Supervisory experience
• You must have an Electrical or Mechanical Qualification
• Good man management skills
