My client, a specialist high precision component and machine manufacturer, have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Team Leader. You will support the Manufacturing Director and will be responsible for planning the flow of work.

The Job:
Manage and motivate a team of electrical and mechanical trades personnel.
Prepare production schedules and allocate resources for machine builds.
Support your department, ensuring timely provision and resources to meet schedules.
Consult with suppliers and maintain stock inventory.
Maintain ERP system and produce reports on component build process.
Manage staff attendance, holidays, reviews, and performance.
Ensure safety regulations and procedures are maintained.
About you:
Must have experience within a supervisory capacity.
Experience of manufacturing special purpose machinery
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
Confidence and the ability to motivate, support and train employees.
Experienced in project and resource management.
Strong engineering background
