Role:

Our client is currently recruiting a Shift�Engineering Team Leader or Supervisor to head up�their existing team at their bespoke�site. The successful candidate will be required to Lead the small existing�team of maintenance engineers operating on shifts,� This Engineering Team Leader role will provide hands on maintenance support, assist in breakdowns and planned maintenance.

Duties:

• Co-ordinate and lead site day to day activities�


• Work closely with the Engineering Manager and leadership team to achieve project completion


• Ensure work is carried out in a timely manner keeping production down time to a minimum.


• Assist in implementation of maintenance strategies on completion of project


• Using all tools available to help identify future areas of improvement.


• To provide knowledge support to the engineering team.


• To take the lead in implementing improvement/installation projects identified across site


• Working and supervising in-house and external parties


• Be the leading point of contact�on site and provide this support to the engineering team.

Skills:

• Supervision experience within an engineering environment.


• Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace.


• Multi skilled ability Electrically or�Mechanicaly bias


• Ability to improve standards and change team culture.
