Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic English Graduate interested in becoming an English Academic Mentor? Are you interested in a career as an English Teacher, and venturing into the world of education?

If so, we are looking for a confident English Academic Mentor to join a successful, high-achieving school as an English Academic Mentor for students in a 'Good' secondary school in Harrow in their journey to 'Outstanding'!

As an English Academic Mentor, you will support gifted and low-achieving students with their learning; leading 1:1 and group sessions to improve academic achievement. An English Academic Mentor will also be expected to attend classes, provide support to the whole class, and take instruction from the class teacher.

English Academic Mentor | About the role:

An English Academic Mentor has the opportunity to earn up to £550 per week
Teach GCSE and A-Level students English Academic Mentors should be competent in supporting English Language and English Literature up to KS5
This role is a long-term work placement with teacher training as an option in this fantastic school
Students have high ambitions and achieve fantastic results
Help students from all different backgrounds
