Has an English related degree from a Top 20 UK University
English Academic Mentor Commencing in September until the end of the academic year
Full-time term time only English Academic Mentor role
Role paying £480-£600 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
Ideal role for an aspiring Teacher keen to gain some hands-on experience.
Experience working with children ideally in a school setting is desirable

English Academic Mentor | Job Role

Plan and teach English lessons to KS3 & KS4 students (with KS5 option)
Receive mentorship and training from an outstanding English department
Assist Years 7-13 students applying to Russell group and Oxbridge Universities
Support students in a classroom setting, 1:1, and through small group interventions
Increase academic progression of students
