Position: English Teacher

The secondary school are seeking an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to inspire and engage the students. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching English and a strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of secondary school students
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and critical thinking
Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential through engaging and creative teaching methods
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help students achieve their goals
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration
Participate in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's English department

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS
Experience teaching English at the secondary level
Strong understanding of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to working as part of a team
A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
