We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join these popular and well run Secondary Schools to contribute to our students' language and literacy development.

English Teacher - Full-Time Roles, Monday to Friday, 8am - 3:30pm - Hertfordshire - Competitive Salary ranges - Temporary to Permanent and permanent Positions - Good Ofsted schools with CPD and progression at all schools!

We are now looking for English Teachers who can inspire and engage our students with their love for the English language.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality English lessons to students in line with the national curriculum.
  • Plan and prepare engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and learning.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience in the UK
  • Experience teaching English to students at the secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English language and literature.
  • Ability to create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
