Our client is the first enterprise-ready workforce management platform built for the services vertical. They are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join their team.POSITION SUMMARY:The Enterprise Sales Executive reports to the SVP of Sales UK and is responsible for driving new revenue through targeted accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise software and/or SaaS sales. This role will drive revenue growth by identifying and working targeted accounts through the entire buyer’s journey. The individual must be able to comfortably engage with all levels of prospects, across multiple industries, using all available mediums including phone, email and social media. Specific experience selling into the hospitality industry. The ideal person will be a self-starter, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentReporting Line: SVP SalesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Execute a sales prospecting plan to penetrate target accounts and capture significant market share within identified industries.Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainmentSelling on value and return on investment vs. features & functionsSource new sales opportunities through creative outbound prospecting and limited inbound lead generationBuild relationships with key decision makers across all accountsEffectively deliver product demonstrations to prospects/customers to showcase value of Industry IntelligenceServe as a trusted advisor to prospects/customers to achieve desired business outcomesRemain knowledgeable of company's products/services to support prospect and customer needsDrive event attendance for webinars, trade shows/conferences, executive dinners and other events. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotasPassionately support our commitment to creating an outstanding experience for our prospects and customersDisciplined use of Salesforce.com to record all communication with each lead, contact and accountWork effectively with other team members and throughout the organizationOther duties as assignedREQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & SKILLS: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a technical discipline5 + years in an enterprise SaaS sales role in the Hospitality sectorExperience delivering product demonstrations to create valueExperience generating proposalsExperience using SalesForce and Google Suite for BusinessProven track record of quick learning and exceeding set goalsStrong verbal and written communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting quarterly and annual resultsProven success in executing outbound targeted sales programs to achieve desired resultsExperience engaging with prospects through social selling effortsA team player who performs well independentlyMust be a confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment.Apply below or contact Rory Cross directly to schedule a call to discuss the role in more detail: #####
