Enterprise Account Executive – Europe @ Comm100 Location: United Kingdom At Comm100, we are revolutionizing the way businesses and organizations communicate with their customers by using a mix of virtual live and self-service tools supported by advanced AI. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Account Executive to join our dedicated team, with a focus on expanding our footprint in the Europe especially in iGaming and Enterprise Technology.
Your Role
As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind new business acquisition within the European market with a primary focus on iGaming. With a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions, you will leverage your deep understanding of this market and its challenges to introduce the value of Comm100’s digital customer engagement solutions to prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within the iGaming sector in Europe Understand the unique needs and pain points of potential clients, and articulate the value proposition of Comm100's digital customer engagement solutions Conduct product demonstrations tailored to potential customers' needs, highlighting the strategic and operational value of Comm100 Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives and quotas, and provide accurate sales forecasting Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure smooth transition post-sales and high customer retention Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as necessary
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably with a focus on the either iGaming or Enterprise Technology sectors with communication tools a plus. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels Deep understanding of the CX sector, including the challenges and opportunities associated with digital transformation Experience in conducting product demos and presenting complex solutions in an easy-to-understand manner Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce especially), and excellent organizational and follow-up skills Strong negotiation skills, a competitive spirit, and a passion for results Ability to operate independently. We are a Canadian company that operates on Pacific time so it will be key to work with limited oversight.
