Are you an experienced Enterprise level Business Developer and Account Manager with experience within the Travel Tech and Hotels sector? Do you have a demonstratable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within the Travel Tech or Hotels sector within the UK market. The company is a SAAS software company who delivers a cost-effective, all-in-one solution which streamlines the entire process for their customers. They are an established player in their market and are experiencing high levels for demand for their product, which is why they need to hire. The position will give you the opportunity to further develop your enterprise sales skills, developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the SAAS Travel Tech market for the hotels sector. Collaborating closely with our Product Team, Customer Success, and Onboarding, you won't be just selling a hotel-tech product – you'll be delivering an exceptional customer experience, building our reputation as trusted business partners to our clients.You will get to expand your experience in the following areas. Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the Travel Tech / Hotels sector. Working with SDR’s and Marketing teams to ensure they are identifying new clients within the sector and are engaging with, relevant stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our SAAS software solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure customer needs are met and sales opportunities are maximized. Understanding integration and customisation work required to win business. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals with customers. Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software, and provide regular updates and forecasts to management. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our software solutions and expand our presence in the UK. Ability to manage key relationships in large complex sales cycles ensuring scope, close plans and account plans are in place to close opportunities and forecast accurately to management. What you will need to be successful:Significant experience of enterprise level sales and key account management within the Travel tech industry, specifically within the Hotels Sector. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Have a good understanding of SAAS solutions and solid overall technology knowledge from a sales perspective.
The ability to understand API connectivity for integration requirements or the desire and ability to learn about this area.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships with customers. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
