About the Role :
Our client, a prominent global group specializing in life-saving technology, is seeking an Enterprise Application Architect. This position is pivotal to their ambitious digital transformation strategy, aimed at connecting and enhancing their innovative products and operations across the globe.
Key Responsibilities :
Enterprise Application Architect
will report to the Director of Enterprise IT and support the design and implementation of technology initiatives to bolster the company's growth strategy.
Develop and implement the Group and Operating Companies' Business Systems strategy, focusing on ERP, CRM, Finance, Talent, and system integrations.
Lead the creation of end-to-end reference architecture for enterprise applications, promoting standardization and platform harmonization.
Consult with HQ and group companies to understand requirements, demonstrate use cases, and showcase the benefits of solution adoption.
Conduct feasibility studies and recommend technology and vendor selections for enterprise business applications.
Collaborate with other architects to ensure scalable, secure, and beneficial enterprise application architecture solutions.
Drive the adoption of enterprise software best practices, aiming to aid strategic growth, simplify processes, reduce implementation times, and lower costs.
Define and implement group-wide policies regarding application architecture, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
Act as the global subject matter expert for enterprise architecture solutions, especially ERP for Manufacturing, Finance, CRM, Integrations, and data.
Stay updated with product changes to maintain optimal configurations across the company's solutions.
Partner with vendors and service integrators to deliver key technology initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills :
3-5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing enterprise business applications, including practical implementation experience.
Extensive experience with ERP systems and related capabilities, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
Hands-on experience in Dynamics ERP configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, and reports development.
Expert understanding of COTS software data integration strategies and API-based technology platforms.
Proven track record in technology and vendor assessment, especially in MS Dynamics 365 modules.
Experience in an Agile, delivery-oriented technology environment.
Strong functional knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics 365 ERP, ideally covering manufacturing companies.
Proven ability to create as-is and to-be roadmaps and investment plans.
Demonstrated operational excellence and strategic mind-set in a global company environment.
