Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for an Enterprise Systems Industrial Placement opportunity in our Oxford, United Kingdom office. This role offers an excellent chance for a university student to gain hands-on experience in the field of enterprise systems within a fast paced and exciting environment.

• Assist in the maintenance and optimisation of enterprise systems


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse system requirements


• Support the implementation and testing of system updates and new features


• Help troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users


• Contribute to documentation of system processes and user guides


• Participate in projects aimed at improving system efficiency and functionality


• Assist in data analysis and report generation using enterprise systems

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field


• Basic understanding of enterprise systems, databases, and system architecture


• Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment


• Keen interest in learning about business processes and their relation to enterprise systems


• Previous internships or projects related to enterprise systems would be advantageous


• Must be able to work on-site in Oxford, United Kingdom for the duration of the placement
