Starting salary: �24,000 - �25,000 + uncapped commission

The Role:

• Create your own 360� recruitment desk, mastering client development and candidate sourcing
• Clients: Sales, B2B sales, cold calling, business development, relationship management, learning how to deliver a sales call, building relationships and adding value to your clients
• Candidates: Interviewing candidates, building relationships and managing their process. Learn how to headhunt, interview and manage your candidates journey
• Managing the process for both clients and candidates from start to finish
