£24,000 - £25,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission - first year OTE £40,000 - £50,000

The Role:
Full life-cycle/ 360 recruitment role
Clients: cold calling, sales, sourcing leads, developing relationships, bringing in clients, relationship management
Candidates: interviewing and candidate management
Project Management: managing the full recruitment cycle
