Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week) - would also consider part time

Salary: �40 /hour

Essential:

• A qualification in ecology or related field
• Practical experience in biodiversity net gain assessments.
• A proven track record of working within local authority teams.

• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in partnership working.
• Membership in the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM)
• Strong knowledge of wildlife law, policies, and procedures relevant to planning and development.
• Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Access) and specific biodiversity software.
