For this exciting role you will need to have experience in carrying out HMO (Housing of Multiple Occupants) inspections, selective licensing as well as good knowledge of The Housing Act 2003.

This Local Authority are offering a 6 month part time contract. This comes with a possibility of extension to see you over the summer and fall in one of the most beautiful locations in England!
