Role: Environmental Protection Officer

Duties: Dealing with Statutory Nuisance as well as assessing Noise, Air Quality and Contaminated Land

Working Pattern: 37h Hybrid

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: �30-35 p/h Umbrella

A local authority client of mine on the North West of England are seeking an experienced Environmental Protection Officer to join their team for an initial 6 month contract with potential view of extension.

The majority of the work will be advising on potential adverse effects due to environmental pollution including contaminated land, acoustics/noise, air quality and prevention of statutory nuisance (e.g., dust, odour etc.) and assist with general environmental protection duties including commercial nuisance and regulating noise from transport and building construction sites.
