This is an exciting opportunity to join an award winning multidisciplined consultancy who provide their various expertise within the built environment across the UK. They are on the lookout for a qualified EPC Assessor to join their Building and Real Estate division.

Responsibilities for an EPC Assessor include:

• Undertake site visits and inspect commercial properties
• Collect data during these site visits and model commercial property using design builder
• Produce level 3 and 4 EPCs within deadlines
• Work alongside clients to obtain valuable information for the company

The ideal EPC Assessor will have:

• A level 4 NDEA qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
• Relevant experience delivering EPCs for Non-domestic properties
• Proficiency with Design Builder software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Full UK Drivers license
