Description

• Delivering comprehensive HR advice and guidance to management and staff.
• Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinating recruitment processes, including job advertisements, interviews, and selection procedures.
• Providing support in managing employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinaries.
• Promoting a positive workplace culture in line with organisational values.
• Contributing to the development of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Assisting in the coordination of training and development initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• A Strong background in Employee Relations
• A strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Proven experience in a similar HR role within the business services industry.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office Suite.
