ERP Change Lead2/3 days a week in the Office (North East)6 Months + ContractMy Consulting Client is looking for a dynamic ERP Change Lead to spearhead their enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation.The ERP Change Lead will play a crucial role in managing the transition to their new ERP system. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and successful implementation. Your leadership will be pivotal in aligning the technology with business processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving organizational success.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end ERP change management process, including planning, implementation, and stabilization.Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to ensure seamless ERP system adoption.Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and ensure they are met through the ERP system.Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to prepare the organization for change.Design and deliver training programs to equip staff with the skills needed for the new ERP environment.Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging feedback and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Proven experience in leading ERP change management initiatives.Strong understanding of ERP systems and their impact on business processes.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) is a plus.
