Job Description


Are you ready to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? Join Alpine's F1 team as an ERP Functional Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract and be at the forefront of innovation and efficiency. Your primary function will be to work with our ERP application (Dynamics 365 F&O) alongside other business systems (PLM, BI, PowerPlatform) to enhance operational performance by providing day-to-day functional support to end users.



The Role


You will understand the application of the ERP from demand generation through to delivery. Collaborating with the Enterprise Architecture & Business Systems team and PLM resources, you will work to understand business needs and support the collation of functional and non-functional requirements for ERP technical resources. Your role will involve assisting technical resources through the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP system.



In addition, you will collaborate closely with upstream business systems, particularly the PLM team, to improve data quality. Providing first-line support within set KPIs aligned to industry best practices, you will develop functional and non-functional requirements on behalf of ERP users. You will also contribute to functional design specifications for software design and implementation, promoting best practice processes to meet business requirements.



As a promoter of change across the business, you will foster a growth mindset and engage with business users to understand how ERP can improve their efficiency. You will provide ERP functional support to users across all departments, including Engineering, Aerodynamics, Planning, Production, and the Race Team. Your expertise will be crucial during the analysis and resolution of ERP issues and change requests, and you will handle ERP service requests, including escalation to OEM (Microsoft).


Supporting the functional testing of ERP fixes, changes, and upgrades will be part of your role, as well as preparing ERP training materials, tips and techniques documentation, user manuals, and delivering ERP user training.



The Person


We are looking for a dynamic individual with proven experience in a manufacturing environment and a deep understanding of business systems and processes. You should have knowledge of ERPs and/or Azure’s technologies (SAP, D365, AX2012, NAV, Oracle) and specific areas of the company (Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing).
