• Lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of the ERP system
• Ensure the ERP system is effectively used across the business
• Work closely with all departments to understand their needs and tailor the system accordingly
• Provide training and support to staff in the use of the ERP system
• Monitor system performance, addressing any issues promptly
• Keep abreast of latest ERP trends and technologies
• Report regularly on system usage and effectiveness
• Ensure the ERP system aligns with company objectives and strategies

Profile

A successful ERP Manager should have:

• A strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support staff
• Knowledge of the manufacturing or retail sector would be advantageous

Job Offer

• A competitive salary range of �55,000 - �70,000 per annum
