About the Role
In this role, youll be responsible for embedding social value initiatives into our operations and commercial contracts. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, youll drive positive change through community engagement, diversity and inclusion, digital inclusion, and ethical employment practices. Youll develop strategic partnerships, support bid teams in integrating social value commitments, and measure impact to enhance ESG performance across the business.
What Youll Be Doing
Developing and delivering a company-wide social value strategy with measurable outcomes.
Engaging with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community partners, to drive social impact.
Supporting the bid teams by aligning ESG and social value goals with business opportunities.
Managing reporting, compliance, and performance tracking of social value initiatives.
Representing System C at ESG-related industry events and contributing to thought leadership.
What Were Looking For
Experience in ESG, sustainability, or social impact roles in public, private, or voluntary sectors.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to build partnerships across multiple sectors.
Understanding of government policies, social value methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
A passion for making a positive difference in communities and driving responsible business practices.
