Currently, we are looking for a Consultant to join our ESG practice:What will you be doing?Here’s an idea of what your day will look like:Lead and deliver sustainability and ESG consulting projects, from initial client engagement through to implementation and review.Conduct detailed sustainability assessments and develop tailored ESG strategies for clients across various industries.Facilitate workshops and training sessions, including our ESG Labs, to engage and educate client teams on sustainability best practices.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on sustainability and ESG matters.Work on Materiality Assessments, Sustainability Strategy creation, Climate Scenario Analysis and other client deliverable projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams within VantagePoint to integrate sustainability into broader finance transformation projects.Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends, regulations, and technologies to continuously improve our service offerings.A summary of the kind of person we’re looking for3 - 4 years of proven experience in sustainability consulting, ESG strategy development, or related fields.Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD, TCFD, GRI).Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to sustainability challenges.A brilliant multitasker with exceptional organizational skills.A natural when it comes to communicating with stakeholders at all levels.A team player who genuinely cares about representing our company in the best way.Our values We listen, we hear, we plan, we actWe take pride in even the small thingsWe give everyone a platform for growthWe take ownership for our wins and lossesWe empower people to strive for more, challenge and take risksWe are passionate about building strong partnershipsWe think holistically to deliver tangible valueWe have fun at work because it makes us better at what we do.In addition to being an integral part of a boutique consultancy and an attractive salary, we offer a significant benefits package including -Up to 10% matched pension contributionPerformance bonus, increasing with length servicePrivate healthcareLife coverHybrid workingFree travel to the office, within LondonGym allowance or wellbeing allowancePret a Manger coffee subscriptionMonthly phone billPaid staff socialsCycle to work schemeAnnual global company tripEmployee referral bonus.
