We help our clients manage the critical elements of their business - its people and its finances - by providing resources and technology that ensure things run smoothly no matter what hurdles they encounter. br b THE ROLE /b br b ESG Manager/Senior Manager - UK & Ireland, office based / hybrid /b br Purpose of the role/key responsibilities: br b Service Delivery: /b br /p ul li Conduct materiality assessments to identify and prioritise ESG risks and opportunities relevant to clients' business operations and stakeholders. /li li Collaborate with clients to develop ESG strategies aligned with their corporate objectives and stakeholder expectations. /li li Prepare high-quality ESG reports for clients, disclosures, and communications that enhance transparency and credibility. /li /ul p b Client Engagement: /b br /p ul li Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions related to ESG initiatives. /li li Conduct thorough assessments of clients' ESG needs, goals, and challenges. /li li Provide strategic advice and recommendations tailored to each client's sector and context. /li li Foster long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service and value. /li /ul p b Project Management: /b br /p ul li Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ESG projects within agreed timelines and budgets. /li li Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success. /li li Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. /li li Maintain high-quality standards in deliverables, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices. /li /ul p b Business Development: /b br /p ul li Identify opportunities for expanding ESG service offerings and growing the client base. /li li Develop compelling proposals and pitches tailored to prospective clients' needs and objectives. /li li Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote ESG services and initiatives effectively. /li li Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and emerging ESG regulations to capitalize on business opportunities. /li /ul p b Compliance: /b br /p ul li Stay up-to-date with relevant ESG regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks (such as, SECR, GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, ISSB). /li li Ensure clients' compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. /li li Conduct internal audits and reviews to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement. /li li Provide guidance and support to clients in navigating regulatory complexities and reporting obligations. /li /ul p b Experience and skill set required for the role: /b br /p ul li Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Sustainability, STEM subjects, or a related field.
