Estate Agent - Senior Sales Negotiator

- Starting Basic Salary of �20,000 - �25,000 �with an OTE of �45,000 - �50,000 (uncapped)�

- A full UK Driving License is required for the position.

As our client is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their proficient team. As a senior member of the team you'll be expected to lead by example from the front along with:-�

- Negotiating property sales on behalf of vendors, and following the sale through from offer accepted to completion with regular contact with other � estate agents in the chain, solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors.�

- Work collaboratively with the multiple offices.

- Be a confident communicator, with experience of consultative selling both in person and over the telephone.

- Commercially minded and results driven with the ability to create sales opportunities and hold deals together.

- As the face of the business being professional and presentable.

- Able to use your initiative confidently.

- Organised, process driven and able to remain calm and focused when working under pressure.

The role is Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 with an alternate Saturday 09:00 - 16:00. �
