Estate Conveyancer – In-House (FTC) – 3+ years’ experience, West Midlands, 12-months FTC, salary on application. An opportunity for an In-house Conveyancer to manage the daily plot conveyancing for designated regional units. To apply or to register your interest, please contact Tatiana on 0121 454 1004 and quote Job Ref: 6928OVERVIEW:• Collaborate with regional offices and work closely with Sales, Development, and Technical teams.• Ensure thorough reporting and monitoring of progress and completion of plot and part-exchange transactions.• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the residential property environment and extensive experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing.• Experience handling high-volume caseloads and comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes• Manage all aspects of the conveyancing sale process, including issuing draft contract packs, handling inquiries, exchanging contracts and meeting deadlines• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home ownership schemes (e.g., Help to Buy, Homereach) and sales incentive schemes (e.g., Mortgage Holiday, Deposit Top Up).• Confidently handle plot sales, part exchanges, and resales, including investigating title for freehold and leasehold properties, making preliminary and further inquiries and preparing reports on title• Conduct purchaser due diligence and address Anti-Money Laundering issues, including the source of funds.HOW TO APPLY:Contact Tatiana Sivakova at eNL on 0121 454 1004 or email ##### with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
