Estate Maintenance Co Ordinator

BDS are currently recruiting for a friendly and cheerful caretaker/grounds person for a sheltered housing retirement service based in Warsash

To be the first point of call for residents and visitors to the service.

Making contact with the residents daily and checking their welfare, having a chat and Reporting any faults or repairs

Signposting information of local services

Grounds maintenance, grass cutting, bush trimming, pruning, bits of DIY in and around the service.

Minor repairs around the property.

To build familiarity with the residents

There are admin tasks included within the role, keeping accurate records, responding to emails, managing spreadsheets etc

Working hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (negotiable)

Temporary position initially for first 3 months,

9 Hours Per Week

�12.50 Per Hour PAYE �14.69 Per Hour UMB
