Position: Field Sales Representative
Salary: �30,000 - �40,000 + commission (�40,000 -�50,000 OTE)
Location: Manchester / Liverpool / Warrington


We are currently working with a fast growing scale up that specialises in estate planning, dedicated to providing exceptional service and peace of mind to their clients. Their team specializes in offering personalized estate planning solutions, including will writing and trust services. They are committed to helping individuals and families protect their assets and ensure their wishes are respected.

These guys are changing the narrative in the field. with a 50% growth over the last 6 months, they are now looking to triple their headcount over the next 6 - you can be part of that growth at the early stages.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative (Mobile Estate Planner) to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting clients at their homes or other convenient locations to provide expert estate planning advice. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting wills, advising on trusts, and offering tailored solutions to meet each client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to clients
Conduct client consultations to understand their estate planning needs and objectives
Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Provide expert advice on estate planning strategies and solutions
Work closely with vulnerable clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of estate planning laws and best practices
Manage your schedule and travel to various client locations as needed

Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Previous experience in estate planning, including will writing and working with vulnerable people.
STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Empathy, patience, and professionalism when dealing with clients.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
