You will be working for one of the largest and most notable UK councils based in the West Midlands region, working within their Property department as an Asset Management Surveyor.Your new roleWithin this interim position, you will be working on a variety Asset Management duties for a leading UK council based in the West MidlandsWhat you'll need to succeedYou will be a RICS chartered surveyor who is seeking an ongoing interim role. You will have a core understanding of the duties performed by an Asset Management Surveyor and will have demonstrable career experience.
