Estates Manager

We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Engineering Manager to work for an organisation based in the Liverpool area.� The contract will originally go for 3-6 months, but with a likely chance of extension and the possibility of going permanent.

Position: Estates Engineering Manager

Location: Liverpool

Pay rate: �30 - �39 per hour (Through CIS or Umbrella Company)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an in-house team of Engineers and a Team Leader, as well as overseeing specialist contractors in electrical and mechanical


• Responsible for Maintenance strategy


• Oversee building compliance documentation to ensure everything is in order and work is done to strict standards


• Liaise with senior management to relay information regarding budgets and timescales


• Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards


• Work alongside the capital department to ensure work is handed over and information passed across

Additionally, the successful candidate will be qualified either electrically or mechanically and be able to undergo a DBS check.
