Estates Manager

Are you an experienced Estates Manager ? Do you want to work in a NHS Trust ? Are you based in West London ?
Job Description;
NHS Expereicne is desirable.

• Experience in the introduction and effective implementation of change in a complex hospital environment.
• Experience in managing and reporting against authorised delegated budgets.
• Experience with managing a team of engineers.
• Proven facilities management experience preferably in a service environment.
• Experience of contractor and budget management in a service environment.

Job Details;

• You will be paid �37.31ph ph on a 37.5 hour week.
• the role is 6-12 months temp to perm
• You can can be paid Umbrella or PAYE
