Estates Officer

We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Officer to work for an organisation based in Devon.� The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position: ��������� Estates Officer (Mechanical Bias)

Location: ����������� Devon

Pay rate: ��������� �21 to �28 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

• All aspects of mechanical maintenance on hospital sites


• Planned maintenance, statutory works and compliance


• Ventilation systems, water systems and steam


• (knowledge of medical gas is a bonus)


• Health and safety related to ventilation, water and steam systems


• CAFM


• Work with estates department, direct labour and contracted labour
