Are you an experienced Estimating Manager or Commercial Manager with experience in the M&E or Facilities Management sector?

Working for an established and growing business that specialises in providing the whole spectrum of M&E and facilities management services across the UK.
The business ensures that your project is in safe hands during the end-to-end delivery process by providing its specialised engineering team and reliable building services engineers.
As the Estimating and Commercial Lead , you will take ownership of the business's full range of commercial activities, from estimating through to final account agreements.
You will be required to support the business's project delivery teams with site surveys, estimation, technical queries, commercial reviews of terms and conditions, and procurement. You will also lead on estimating all major projects that come into the business.
The role will report directly to the Head of Operations, and will also have a direct interface with the Board of Directors.
