Key Roles:

• Preparing and processing quotations and tender applications


• Producing Bill of Quantities.


• Work in progress valuations


• Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.


• Provide technical guidance to project workers


• Assist in sub-contractor payment review


• Ensure H&S adherence

The person:

• Self motivated and proactive, with a keen initiative


• Equally adept working alone and with a team.


• Able to handle multiple simultaneous projects


• Dynamic, professional and forward-thinking.


• UK driving licence


• Experience of estimation and/or quantity surveying in construction
