Job Title: Estimator - Industrial Roofing and Cladding

Salary: �45,000 - �50,000

Location: SK1 1QF

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take on an exciting new challenge in the industrial roofing and cladding sector? Due to continued growth, our client - a well-established and thriving company - is looking for a motivated Estimator to join their team!

What You'll Do:

As an Estimator, you'll be a key part of the team, responsible for ensuring that projects are cost-effective and stay within budget.

You will:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Measure and take off quantities from drawings.
• Draft detailed bills of quantities.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all projects stay within client budget constraints.
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in industrial roofing and cladding is a plus, but full training will be provided.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A detail-oriented and methodical approach to your work.
