My client is an experienced contract scaffolding company serving the Midlands and surrounding areas. The are looking to a recruit and experienced Estimator join them on a permanent basis.

Duties:�

• Overseeing the submission of competitive tenders�


• Understanding and interpreting construction drawings


• Accurately price new projects in a timely manner


• �Liaising directly with Design Engineers to produce designs for scaffolds�


• �Working closely with Clients, Main Contractors, Temporary Works Coordinators, Site�Managers.�


• �Ensure that�tenders comply with Health & Safety at Work Act, CDM regulations, Working�at height regulations and Safe Systems of Work SG4:22.


• �Attending pre / post tender meetings


• �Developing and build long lasting�relationships with clients.

Requirments:

Proven track record in pricing and tendering within the scaffolding arena

Excellent interpersonal skills
