Estimator

We are looking for an Estimator to join a fantastic construction company based in Cardiff.

You will be providing technical guidance and support in a fast-paced environment ensuring attention to detail is precise and accurate at all times, updating customers on lead times and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels are met.

Estimator Benefits:

• £30,000 - £35,000 pa negotiable depending on experience.

Estimator responsibilities will include:

• Generating detailed estimates within a construction industry.
• Demonstrating familiarity with metal technology and systems.
• Establishing strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Requesting stock availability and advising clients on lead times.
• Providing technical support on products and services offered.
• Utilise pricing software systems and deal with any pricing queries.
• Review architectural specifications and drawings.
• Ensure all estimates and proposals are broken down to met clients' requests.
• Liaise with main contractors and supply chain partners.

Estimator skills and experience required:

• Estimating experience within the Construction Industry.
• Computer literate and ideally with knowledge of pricing software.
