Job Overview:

The company is seeking a skilled and ambitious Demolition Estimator to join their successful preconstruction team. The preconstruction team is structured with each estimator focusing on a specific vertical, such as piling, civil, and environmental. This role is specifically for the demolition vertical, playing a crucial role in ensuring the company continues to deliver top-tier services.



Responsibilities:

Estimate Preparation:�Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for demolition projects, considering all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and other factors.

Tendering:�Manage the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, cost plans, and proposals.

Cost Analysis:�Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk assessments to ensure competitive and viable project pricing.

Collaboration:�Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and strategies.

Market Research:�Stay updated with the latest market trends, materials, and technologies related to demolition projects.

Client Liaison:�Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide them with comprehensive and accurate estimates.



Qualifications:

Proven preconstruction experience with a strong background in demolition estimating.

Demonstrated experience in tendering and cost management.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills with an attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive and ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow within the company.
