Estimator

A confident and "go getting" construction Estimator is now needed to join a Fit Out organisation in Portsmouth.

Hybrid role. The Estimator will tender high end quality shopfitting fit outs and refurbishments.

The Estimator Role

The successful Estimator will immediately be working with the Pre-Construction team, supporting on projects ranging between £50K - £1.5M, consisting mainly of existing buildings requiring a full refurb into the modern world.

The Estimator will need to show evidence they can accurately produce tenders, pitch and present.

Due to the end clients demanding high spec and high standards, the Estimator should have a strong eye for detail.

The Estimator

• Show you have been an Estimator for minimum 3 years


• Has dealt with Fit Out projects


• Would be beneficial to have worked in the Shopfitting/Retail world


• Show evidence of working on high end/quality projects


• Highly organised


• Ability to communicate effectively


• Looking for a permanent position


• Provide a hands-on approach
