There is an excellent opportunity to grow a team out.Job Description:They are looking for an Estimator with Electrical experience to support their EV projects. The Estimator will ensure accurate cost estimations, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to the financial success of our projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for EV & ICP projects.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.Develop detailed cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and services.Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities.Maintain and update cost data and estimation databases.Assist in bid proposals and tender document preparation.Stay updated on industry trends and EV technology advancements.Qualifications:Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering and construction in electrical utilities Previous experience working in EV/DNO/ICP or TelecomsStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel).Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of EV industry standards and construction methods is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills.What We Offer:Salary up to £50,000 + car allowanceHybrid working (2 days in their Manchester or Scotland office a week)Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A collaborative and supportive work environment.The chance to contribute to sustainable and innovative transportation solutions.
