An excellent opportunity has arisen to work with our client, who are looking for and experienced Construction Estimator to work in their multi-disciplined organisation.

You should have the following:

• A minimum 2 years' construction industry experience.
• Ideally have experience of working within different sectors, although not essential.
• Use of cloud based software is desirable but not essential.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Pricing tenders.
• Costing labour and material requirements.
• Running reports from relevant software
• Defect schedule preparation.
